I approach cooking and baking with an emphasis on great taste and colorful presentation. While I prefer healthy lifestyles, I believe life should be lived in moderation. So YES to Butter, Cream, Sugar and Flour but in moderation. I've never taken a culinary class but I have earned the equivalent of a doctorate in culinary arts by watching the Food Network and other cooking channels. I like to explore the best food locations in America and read about new recipes, ingredients, flavor combinations and techniques. My favorite food is anything shared with friends!
